Afternoon tea fundraiser

2-4pm, Sunday 6th April 2025, Blackmore Village Hall

We warmly invite you and your friends and family to join us for afternoon tea on 6th April in support of Wallace Kennels dog rescue.

Our menu comprises a selection of classic sandwiches, freshly baked scones, savoury treats and cakes. Vegetarian and gluten free option available on request.

Tickets: £15 per person. Please complete the form below.
Space is limited. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis.
Raffle draw at 3pm. Raffle tickets at £1 per strip will be on sale during the event (bring cash!).

Important information:

Guests aged 12 years + only please.
Vegetarian and gluten free options can be ordered using the booking form below. We regret that we are unable to provide a vegan option.
All food will be prepared in home kitchens and we cannot guarantee that it will be suitable for persons with food allergies.
Tables will seat approximately 6-8 guests. If you are purchasing a smaller number of tickets, you will be seated with other guests.
Large parties might need to be seated across two tables.
We will advise your ticket number/s when confirming your booking.
Tickets cannot be refunded but you can pass onto others if you cannot make it. Please notify us so we can update the guest list.

Alternatively, if you would like to pay by card (Apple Pay or Google Pay will be available if using a compatible device), we will send you a link to make payment. Your card details will be encrypted and held only by the payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment information.
